Fine Tuned Arts Fund Presents: Enslow, Jeff Draco, Daphne Eckman Duo

The Fine Tuned Arts Fund will present a multi-genre indie concert on Friday, March 13, 2026, at the Wakefield Valley Park Event Center in Westminster. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. with the show beginning at 7:00 p.m., and a $15–$25 sliding-scale donation is suggested. The all-ages event marks both the first concert held at the new venue and the official launch of the Fine Tuned Arts Fund, which supports concerts, educational programs, and music opportunities throughout Carroll County.

The lineup features regional artists returning home for the occasion, including Enslow, a Carroll County native blending pop, rock, country, and soul; Mount Airy’s Jeff Draco, known for his dreamy indie and bedroom-pop sound; and Annapolis indie-folk songwriter Daphne Eckman, a longtime Fine Tuned favorite. Proceeds support the fund’s mission to inspire engagement and expand opportunities within the local music community, with additional support from the City of Westminster and the Community Foundation of Carroll County.

Daphne Eckman is an indie-folk songwriter from Annapolis. She performed at the very first Fine Tuned show and has remained an all-time favorite of the community since. Eckman stretches contrast through her songwriting: her songs are humorous and crushing, uplifting and depressing. Especially because people ask every month “when’s Daphne coming back to play another show?”

Jeff Draco has become a stalwart of the Washington, DC music scene. Hailing from Mount Airy, his dreamy bedroom-pop songs launched him into the D.C. music scene, where he’s remained a staple ever since. He’s crossed through surf-pop with songs like “Dreamgirl” (which has amassed over 800,000 streams on Spotify), Shoegaze, Indie rock, Alternative, and recently has returned to bedroom pop styles with newest release “Excess”.

Enslow is “The Princess of Pop in Baltimore” – and though she’s championed by the city, she hails from the county. Carroll County.
