Westminster Kindness Stroll Kick Off Celebration

Join Mayor Becker and Carroll County students for the 3rd Annual Westminster Kindness Stroll! Kick off the event with opening remarks at 4 PM, then enjoy a walk through Downtown Westminster to view and vote on inspiring student art supporting local nonprofits. The stroll takes place from 4–6 PM on Locust Lane, Main Street. Admission is free, with donations encouraged to help support the community.
