Gayla C. Fulcher, 83, of Hanover, PA, and formerly of Westminster, MD, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2025. A 1960 graduate of Parkville Senior High School, Gayla worked at Johns Hopkins University and the University of Maryland Medical System, proudly serving as Coordinator of the Johns Hopkins Diabetes Center. Known for her deep devotion to family, generosity, and creativity, she expressed love through crafting, storytelling, and unwavering support. Gayla was also passionate about politics, beginning with volunteering for the Kennedy campaign. She is survived by her brother, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Gayla’s legacy of love, kindness, and resilience will be deeply missed.
