George Ray Maisel, of Eldersburg, Maryland, passed away on January 6, 2026, surrounded by family. Born December 8, 1940, in Baltimore, he was the son of Louis and Addie Belle Maisel and the beloved husband of 65 years to Carolyn Maisel. Ray served the Baltimore County Fire Department for 30 years, retiring as a Lieutenant. He enjoyed fishing, trips to Punta Gorda, Orioles baseball, classic country music, and watching birds. Above all, he cherished time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren, who were the center of his life.
