Harry Edward Bowen, 95, of Hebbville, MD, died April 1, 2025. Married to Norma for 71 years, he was born in Howard County in 1930. A devoted member of Salem United Methodist Church, he enjoyed gardening, fishing, and bowling. He was a loving father and grandfather. Survived by his wife, children Ken, Rita, Carleton, and Lynnette, six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Richard, Howard, and Helen.
