Harry Joe Dykes, 86, of Westminster, Maryland, died peacefully at home on Jan. 28, 2026. Born in Tennessee, he was a devoted husband to Sharon Dykes for 63 years and a proud U.S. Army veteran, serving 23 years in intelligence and security. After retiring from the military, he worked in government logistics, earning respect for his integrity and leadership. A faithful church member, Harry enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, and his National Geographic collection. He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, and extended family. He was preceded in death by loved ones.
