Harvey Wesley Towers, 82, of Westminster, passed away on March 17, 2025. Born on March 3, 1943, in Denton, MD, he was greeted in the afterlife by his parents, Elwood Towers and Mary Gifford, and his siblings, Elwood, Charles, Elizabeth, and Dorothy. Harvey is survived by his beloved niece, Elizabeth Towers, nephew Glenn West, and extended family. He worked at Westminster Trash Company but became a local legend through decades of volunteer service at the car wash. Harvey found joy in gardening, fishing, and spending time outdoors. His infectious laugh, kindness, and generosity will be deeply missed.
