Howard Jackson Clegg, 87, of Westminster, passed away on September 30, 2025, at Bethania Homecare. Born February 26, 1938, in Browntown, VA, he was the son of Ulysses Jackson Clegg and Geraldine Henry. He is survived by his devoted wife of 67 years, Carolyn Clegg. Howard retired from Black and Decker and cherished time with his family. He is also survived by four daughters, seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren, as well as many siblings. He was preceded in death by four siblings. Howard will be remembered for his dedication to family and his long, fulfilling life.
