Howard Lee Nusenko, 72, of Sykesville, MD, passed away on September 15, 2025, at Carroll Hospital Center-BridgingLife Hospice. Born May 23, 1953, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Ralph Nusenko and Matilda Nusenko-Friedman. Howard worked at the Maryland Workshop for the Blind and had a deep love for music, especially playing the harmonica. He is survived by his fiancée of over 30 years, Annette Ingram, sisters Gerry Rosenbaum, Debra Geiger, and Melanie DeThomas, as well as nieces, a nephew, cousins, and friends. He was predeceased by sisters Diane Messerschmitt and Joyce Friedman, and nephew Eric Z. Geiger.
