James “Jimmy” Edwin Collins, 62, of Sykesville, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2025, at BridgingLife Hospice. Born February 3, 1963, to Patsy Ann Collins and Truman Rudolph Peugh Jr., he was raised in Baltimore City and attended the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute. Jimmy was a gifted craftsman, skilled in painting, tattooing, embroidery, gardening, and carpentry. He is survived by his mother and four siblings: Floyd Lee Collins of Sykesville, Johnny Collins of York, PA, Tracy Lynn Collins of Martinsburg, WV, and Stacy Ann Collins of Westminster, MD.
