James Franklin “Jim” Rushe III of Clarksville, Maryland, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2026. He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth Ann “Betty” Rushe, with whom he shared 69 years of marriage, and a devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. A graduate of Northwestern High School and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Jim built a successful career as an entrepreneur in the mechanical contracting industry and owned an air compressor business. An active member of Burntwoods Church, he was guided by deep Christian faith. Jim loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, golf, and investing, but family remained his greatest joy. Known for generosity, kindness, and steadfastness, he leaves a lasting legacy of love and devotion.
