James Luther Robinson, 73, of Sykesville, passed away peacefully at home on February 14, 2026. Born May 24, 1952, in Baltimore, he graduated from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute in 1970 before serving in the United States Air Force, including deployment to Vietnam. After his honorable discharge in 1976, he worked as a civil engineer for the government. A devoted husband to Margie for 53 years, James loved hunting in Paw Paw, umpiring local baseball, volunteering at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church, and was a member of American Legion Sykesville Memorial Post 223. He cherished time with his children and seven grandchildren.
