Janette Carol Miller (nee Whetzel), 79, of Windsor Mill, Maryland, passed away on March 8, 2026, at Gilchrist Hospice Care in Towson. Born April 26, 1946, in Baltimore City, she was the daughter of the late Carmel Brown Whetzel and Mary Jo Whetzel (nee Fram). Janette worked as a school assistant at Arlington Baptist School, where she was known for her love of children. She was the wife of the late Joseph Victor Miller, Sr. She is survived by her daughter Teresa Tasker (Jerry), son Joey Miller Jr., granddaughter Alison Tasker, and sisters Sharon Felde, Susie McGuffin, and Mary Jo Muller. Friends may call March 12 at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home in Sykesville.
