Jeffrey Lynn Graham, 70, of Taneytown, Maryland, passed away peacefully on February 16, 2026, at Dove House in Westminster. Born July 26, 1955, in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Richard T. Graham, Vivian S. Reaver, and Ivan W. Reaver. He shared 40 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Patricia Ann Graham. Jeff dedicated 50 years of service to Congoleum Corporation. He is survived by his wife; his son, Jeffrey Graham II and wife Ally; his brother, Rick Graham and wife Gail; cousins; and many nieces and nephews.
