Jesse Lloyd Turner, Sr., 84, of York, PA, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2025, at his daughter’s home in Westminster, surrounded by his loving family. Born January 5, 1941, in Rosedale, Mississippi, he was the son of the late Luther W. Turner, Sr., and Lovie May Ponds Turner, and the husband of the late Lucille Margaret Serio Turner. Jesse served proudly in the U.S. Army and National Guard and was a member of American Legion Post #0945 in York. He worked as an accountant before retiring. He is survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and sisters, and was predeceased by seven siblings.
