Joan “Joann” Barrett, 80, of Westminster, MD, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2025. Born February 3, 1945, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Nancy Maranto. She was predeceased by her husband, David Barrett, and son Arthur “Chuck” Hetrick. Joan lived in Southern Pennsylvania for many years and worked as a bank teller. She enjoyed golfing, playing cards, and meeting friends for lunch. She is remembered for her warm spirit and active social life. Joan is survived by her daughter-in-law Kathy and many friends who will miss her dearly.
