John Frederick Quinn Jr., 82, of Eldersburg, MD, passed away on October 29, 2025. Born July 27, 1943, in Baltimore to the late John and Ruth Quinn, he was the devoted husband of Gail Gay Quinn for 24 years. A U.S. Air Force veteran, John later served 20 years with the U.S. Secret Service Uniformed Division under five presidents, earning numerous awards and distinctions. He was a skilled marksman, trainer, and rappel master. John loved his family, photography, horses, and travel, and was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, children, stepchildren, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren who cherished his humor, kindness, and faith.
