Joseph Paul Smith, 69, of Eldersburg, Maryland, passed away on March 18, 2026. Born September 18, 1956, he was the son of the late Paul Joseph and Joan Geraldine Smith. Joseph enjoyed riding motorcycles, playing pool—often in league with his brother Mark—computer games, and celebrating family events and holidays. He is survived by his siblings Vincent, Ronald, Robert, and Sharon, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sisters Brenda and Carol, half-brother Mark, and half-sister Jeannie Zellers. Joseph will be remembered for his warmth, humor, and love of family and leisure.
