Judith “Judy” Faye Brown DuVal of Westminster, MD, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2026, surrounded by family. Born August 31, 1940, in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of Harry Daniel Brown and Margaret LaVerne Sneed and was married to the late George Wise DuVal Jr. Judy had a diverse career in politics, law enforcement, catering, and real estate. She loved music, books, cooking, games, sports, and her pets, and had a lifelong curiosity and passion for learning. Survived by her daughters Barbara and Danielle, granddaughter Kelsye, and cherished friends, Judy’s vibrant spirit and warmth will be deeply missed.
