Keith Arlin Shifflett, 65, of Westminster, passed away on March 30, 2025. Born in Frederick in 1959, he graduated from Westminster High School in 1977 and worked as a concrete finisher. He found joy in fishing at the Chesapeake Bay. Remembered for his kind nature, Keith will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He was the son of the late Thomas and Violet Shifflett. He is survived by his sisters, Carol “Cookie” Strevig and Patricia “Patsy” Magruder, both of Westminster.
