Keith Robert Cox, 66, of Finksburg, passed away on August 14, 2025, at Northwest Hospital, surrounded by family. Born January 28, 1959, in Baltimore, he was the son of Norman and Nancy Cox. A 1977 graduate of Westminster High School, Keith worked in building services at Fairhaven and Springfield Hospital. He enjoyed sprint car racing, dining out, bingo, carnivals, TV sports, and cheering for the Orioles and Ravens. He is survived by siblings Richard Cox, twin sister Dawn Cox Morgan, and Sandra Cox Cashman; 15 nieces and nephews; and close friends. He was predeceased by sister Susan Cox Albaugh.
