Kenneth Eugene Frizzell, 82, of Westminster, passed away on January 23, 2026, at Carroll Hospital Center. Born December 12, 1943, in Watersville, MD, he was the son of the late Truman and Hazel Frizzell and the loving husband of Rosalee Frizzell for 62 years. Ken was a building supervisor at South Carroll High School and a longtime member and EMT of the Winfield Volunteer Fire Company. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed farming, gardening, tractors, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family, especially watching his grandsons play baseball. He is survived by his sons, Warren and Curtis, and grandsons Jackson and Cole.
