Klee Allen Welliver, 64, of Hanover, PA, passed away at home on November 9, 2025, after a courageous five-year battle with renal cancer. Born November 14, 1960, in Washington, D.C., he was the son of the late Dr. Daniel Irvin Welliver and Mary Ada “Tata” Starr Twigg Welliver. A 1978 graduate of Westminster High School, Klee built a long and proud career as an electrician with Local 24 IBEW, where he valued the union and lifelong friendships formed there. A skilled handyman, he enjoyed restoring homes, gardening, live music, and planning class reunions. He is survived by his partner, children, siblings, and grandchildren.
