Larry Francis Leister, 83, of Westminster, Maryland, passed away December 22, 2025, at his home. Born September 22, 1942, in Baltimore, he was the son of Raymond and Mabel Leister and was raised on his family’s dairy farm. A St. John Catholic School graduate and U.S. Army Reserves veteran, Larry spent much of his career as a Safeway produce manager. He enjoyed traveling, scenic train rides, and was a longtime member of Grace Lutheran Church. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Jean Louise Leister; four children; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; siblings; and many nieces and nephews.
