Laverne Louise “Lippy” Kelbaugh, 90, passed away peacefully on February 15, 2026, surrounded by family. Born in 1935 to Murray and Verdella Lippy, she was widowed by her husband Albert in 2017. For over 50 years, Laverne ran an in-home daycare, nurturing generations of local children with warmth and devotion. A proud graduate of Westminster High School Class of 1954 and faithful member of St. Benjamin’s Lutheran Church, she treasured family above all. She leaves seven children, 18 grandchildren, and 27 great-grandchildren, and is remembered for a life defined by care, faith, and enduring love.
