Margaret Diane Dobson Rase, 80, of Westminster, passed away March 30, 2026, at her home after a brief illness. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Mildred Dobson. She was the beloved wife of 38 years to the late Edgar L. Rase. Together, they owned Carroll Ad Art & Sign in Westminster. Diane had a deep appreciation for the arts, enjoying music, painting, Victorian art, and vintage antiques. A 1964 graduate of Westminster High School, she will be remembered for her creativity, passion for art, and the life she shared with family and community.
