Mary Frances Blackburn, 66, of Westminster, Maryland, passed away on March 7, 2025. Born on March 3, 1959, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Joseph and Emma Frances Cieri. Mary was a loving wife to George Brian Blackburn and a devoted mother to her daughter, Emilee Violet Naumann, and her son, the late Jacob Lee Blackburn. She was a proud grandmother to Cruz, Luca, and Knox. A dedicated registered nurse, Mary was also a committed member of the Maryland Nurse Honor Guard, where she honored the service of fellow nurses. Her warmth, compassion, and service to others will be deeply missed.
