Megan Elizabeth Condon, 39, of Frederick, Maryland, passed away at home on December 9, 2025. Born March 27, 1986, in Baltimore, she was the cherished daughter of Michael and Heidi Brown, devoted wife of A.J. Condon, and loving mother of Tyler and Natalie, the light of her life. Megan’s gentle spirit and creative heart were reflected in her love of gardening, hummingbirds, music, art, and family adventures. She treasured time on the front porch, traveling with her family, and cheering for her children. An organ donor, Megan’s final gift brought life and hope to others. She is deeply loved and will be forever remembered.
