Michael “Mike” Patrick Gartland, 62, of Baltimore, MD, passed away November 10, 2025, after a brief battle with cancer. Born March 18, 1963, he was the son of Jean Gartland and the late Joseph Gartland, Jr. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Mike found his greatest joy in his family and time spent on the water boating, crabbing, and fishing. A master plumber known for his skill and work ethic, he lived by the motto “work hard so we can play hard.” He is survived by his wife Karen, children, grandchildren, siblings, and extended family, and was predeceased by his brother Joey and niece Shelbe.
