Mildred Keith Harmon, 101½, of Westminster, passed away peacefully on August 28, 2025, surrounded by family. Born January 2, 1924, in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of Anson and Maude Keith and the beloved wife of the late John Edward Harmon for 56 years. Mildred worked for the Carroll County Board of Education and was a lifelong, devoted member of Stone Chapel United Methodist Church. She is survived by four children, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and extended family. Remembered for her faith, love for family, and community dedication, Mildred leaves behind a legacy of warmth, strength, and service.
