Norburt Milner “Buddy” Bull, Jr., born on January 25, 1948, in Snydersburg, Maryland, and died on November 29, 2025, was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather known for his hard work and love of family. He began his career at the Westminster Shoe Factory—where he met his wife, Lillian—and later spent many years in bridge construction before retiring in 2009. An avid hunter and sports enthusiast, Buddy enjoyed caring for his lawn and took great pride in watching his great-grandchildren’s sporting events. He is survived by his loving family and will be remembered for his dedication, kindness, and warm spirit.
