Pamela L. (Lippmann) Grimes, 73, of Union Bridge, MD, passed away on November 19, 2025. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Allan and Phyllis Lippmann and the devoted wife of Charles “Buddy” Grimes. Pam was an active member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, a Life Member of VFW Post 8806, and a member of the Carroll County Cloggers. She loved spending time at her cabin in West Virginia. She is survived by her children, Kimberly Beckman and Gary Masimore; brother, Bruce Lippmann; and five grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sister, Judith Beardsley.
