Patrick Garrett Rousey, 41, of Sykesville, MD, passed away peacefully on August 27, 2025. Born March 19, 1984, he was a 2002 South Carroll High graduate and a dedicated CNA in behavioral health. Known for his artistic talents, Patrick led impactful art therapy groups at Springfield Hospital Center and received their 2024 Employee Appreciation Award. He loved music, snowboarding, fishing, animals, off-roading in his Jeep, and time with family. Despite lifelong Type 1 diabetes and a battle with pancreatic cancer, he remained optimistic and humorous. He is survived by his loving family, fiancée Diana Messina, and his cherished dog, Koda.
