Patrick Ian Turner, 78, of Westminster, passed away peacefully at home on March 22, 2026, surrounded by his family. Born in Hawick, Scotland, he was the son of the late James and Kathleen Turner and the devoted husband of Mary Bettendorf Turner for 42 years. Patrick served 16 years in the Royal Navy, retiring as Chief Petty Officer, and later worked as an accountant internationally before settling in Westminster. He enjoyed reading, gardening, cooking, and time with family. He is survived by his wife, five children, two sisters, ten grandchildren, and extended family. He was preceded in death by his brother Michael.
