Paul Otto Meyer, Jr., 83, of Westminster, passed away on November 8, 2025, at Brightview Rolling Hills in Catonsville. Born September 12, 1942, in Maryland, he was the son of Paul O. Meyer, Sr. and Merl (Blanchard) Meyer. He is survived by his devoted wife, Betty Meyer. Paul worked as a real estate broker and truck driver before retiring. He enjoyed watching football, keeping up with the news, and spending cherished time on the family farm. In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughter Cathy Fischbein and husband Bill; sisters Lorraine and Darlen Meyer; and grandchildren Nathan and Hannah Fischbein.
