Portia Aileen Shirley, 79, of Westminster, passed away peacefully at home on December 22, 2025. Born August 11, 1946, she was the daughter of George and Eva Irene Smith. Portia dedicated over 30 years to Penguin Random House and was known for her deep faith, joyful spirit, and love of life. She enjoyed Bible reading, Ravens football, word puzzles, and cherished casino bus trips shared with friends and family. She is survived by her children, siblings, grandchild, great-grandchildren, best friend, extended family, and loved ones. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, and a niece.
