Ralph E. Fletcher, 96, of Eldersburg, passed away at home on November 4, 2025. Born September 18, 1929, in Winchester, VA, he was the son of Holmes and Vallie Fletcher and the husband of the late Hazel Barham Fletcher. A U.S. Army veteran, Ralph served six years in the Infantry, including 58 months in Austria, and was honorably discharged as a Sergeant First Class. He later worked in trucking and with Maryland Public Safety, retiring in 1993. Ralph enjoyed camping, fishing, traveling, and gardening. He is survived by sons Vance and Larry, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother Roy, and several extended family members.
