Randy Allen Jefferson, 69, of Westminster, passed away on February 28, 2026, at BridgingLife Dove House after a courageous battle with cancer. Born November 30, 1956, in Arbutus to James and Florence Jefferson, Randy was the devoted husband of Michelle Jefferson. He was an avid motorcyclist, skilled gunsmith, aircraft modification specialist, and long-time NRA instructor. A passionate history buff and lifelong learner, he could speak at length about any battle or ship in history. Randy is survived by his wife, children, stepchildren, and eight beloved grandchildren. He deeply loved his family and will be greatly missed.
