Richard Francis Femiano, 67, of Sykesville, MD, passed away on April 7, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Born September 27, 1957, in Washington, DC, he was the son of Dominic Joseph Femiano and the late Ellen FitzGerald. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Jennifer James, and their sons, Justin and Ethan Femiano. Rick is also survived by his siblings, many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. A dedicated employee of Howard County Recreation and Parks for over 40 years, Rick was known for his humor, ingenuity, and generosity. He loved family time, westerns, and the Green Bay Packers.
