Richard Russell Stiles, 73, of Finksburg, passed away Jan. 30, 2026, in Westminster. Born April 22, 1952, in New York, he was the son of Herbert and Dorothy Russell Stiles and the devoted husband of J. Allison Stiles for 45 years. A graduate of Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School and the University of Maryland, he worked 25 years as a UPS software engineer. Rich loved camping, hiking, canoeing and visiting national parks, and was active in Stephen Ministry at Grace Lutheran. He cherished time with his children and grandchildren, who survive him.
