Robert Earle “Bob” Newcomer, 94, of Sykesville, MD, passed away on October 2, 2025. Born May 20, 1931, in Williamsport, MD, he was the eldest of four sons of Sallye and Grayson Newcomer. Bob served in the U.S. Army and earned a political science degree from the University of Maryland. He worked over 25 years as a Naval Defense Contracts Manager. A devoted husband to Bobby Lou for 34 years, he lovingly cared for her until her passing. Bob enjoyed the outdoors, cooking, and time with family. He is survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family.
