Robert Leonard Weckesser Jr., 65, of Sykesville, died Jan. 29, 2026, at Carroll Hospital Center. A Baltimore native, he served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Portland and worked 30 years with RMF Engineering. A member of American Legion Post 191, he enjoyed motorcycles, hunting, cooking, and time with his grandchildren. Known for his love of family and friends, he is survived by his wife, Sylvie; his children and stepson; six grandchildren; and extended family. He was predeceased by his parents and his brother, Joseph.
