Robin Lee Koenig Taylor, 78, of Westminster, passed away on January 5, 2026, at The Terraces of Westminster. Born October 5, 1947, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Frederick Koenig and Catherine Cross. A gifted student, she graduated high school at 16 and earned degrees in microbiology and education. Robin built a distinguished career in laboratory services, most notably with Quest Diagnostics, where she established their phlebotomy school, and later with Master Control. A lifelong learner, she loved music, art, fashion, and faith, and was deeply devoted to her family and church community.
