Rose Alberta Smith, 65, of Westminster, passed away on August 24, 2025, at Westminster Healthcare Center. Born on March 24, 1960, in Baltimore City, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Loretta Smith. Rose worked as a guard at the Baltimore City jail and earned an A.A. degree from Carroll Community College. She loved music, singing, and had a wonderful sense of humor. Known as a people person, she touched many lives. Rose is survived by sisters Sarah R. Miller and Mary L. Shreve, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sister Ruth A. Hernandez.
