Roy Thomas Brown, also known as “Shadow Carson,” passed away on March 27, 2025, at his home in Finksburg. Born June 13, 1952, in Hanover, PA, he was the son of Kenneth L. and Ruth J. Brown. Roy was the loving husband of Beth for 54 years. A graduate of Westminster High School, Roy worked at Black & Decker and volunteered at Robert Moton Elementary School. He was passionate about old west reenactments and a member of the Single Action Shooting Society. Roy is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister, and many nieces and nephews.
