Sandra Elizabeth Saville, 83, of Westminster, Maryland, passed away peacefully on January 5, 2026, at Carroll Hospital Center surrounded by her loving family. Born August 18, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Francis Clay and Anna Elizabeth (Wilson) Kennedy. Sandra’s life was defined by her deep devotion to her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters Kimberly Davis, Misti Kelly, Heather Helm, and Chantal Wiley, and her sons Kirk, Sean, and Ryan Davis, and their families. Known for her love of bright colors, square dancing, genealogy, and community involvement, Sandra leaves a vibrant and lasting legacy of love.
