Scott “Scottie” Glenn Ross II, 33, of Westminster, Maryland, passed away on February 25, 2026. Born August 26, 1992, in Columbia, Maryland, he was the son of Scott Ross and Elaine (Trumpower) Ross. Raised in Eldersburg, Scott attended Liberty High School, graduating in 2010. He later returned to coach football there, mentoring young athletes with the same passion he once had on the field. Scott also served as a baseball umpire with the Mason Dixon Umpire Association and worked as a special education instructional assistant at Oklahoma Road Middle School. He is survived by his wife, Caitlin; his parents; sisters; nieces and nephews; and extended family.
