Change is hard – for people and businesses – but it is, perhaps always, required for success. If we refuse to release outdated approaches or think we have all of the answers, we become unteachable; we stop growing. To me, that is the opposite of success. It is more like a caterpillar that is determined to remain the same, despite its capacity to evolve and flourish as a butterfly. It is a privilege and honor to be a small part of this kind of transformation in people every day. Success to me looks a lot like butterflies…
