Theresa “Twiggy” Louise Woodland, 54, of Suitland, MD, passed away at home on April 8, 2025. Born August 4, 1970, in Westminster, MD, she was the daughter of Emory and Joan Willis. A dedicated DSP at Providence of Maryland for 25 years, Twiggy was known for her humor, love of travel, cruises, casinos, and especially children. She was a member of Union Memorial Baptist Church. Twiggy is survived by her loving husband Robert, stepdaughter Natasha, siblings, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, godchildren, and many extended family members and friends who will always remember her laughter, warmth, and joyful spirit.
