Todd Wayne Pfoutz, 64, of Union Bridge, Maryland, passed away on February 25, 2026. Born November 21, 1961, he was the son of Robert and Edith Pfoutz and a graduate of Francis Scott Key High School. An avid outdoorsman and skilled hunter, Todd embraced life’s adventures. He proudly owned and operated Cuff’s Custom Cycles, sharing his passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and camaraderie as a member of the Maryland Knights. Todd is survived by his mother, Edith; his son, Eric; his sisters, Cindy and Lori; and extended family. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert, and nephew, Travis.
